Here at Gelato Shak, we are a small family run business established in 2023 located in the Wollondilly Shire and available Sydney wide bringing a variety of Gelato, Sorbet, Cannoli and Coffee to your wedding, party or event in our 1975 Mint Green VW Volkswagen Kombi, Daihatsu Midget & our custom-made gelato carts.
